The new Jefferson Regional Outpatient Testing Site provides convenient access to EKGs and
various blood tests available in a convenient off-site location with plenty
of free parking.
The new site is located approximately four miles north of
Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Baldwin.
The facility features four blood draw stations, one with wheelchair access;
two EKG rooms, a workroom, and reception and waiting areas.
No appointment is necessary. A written order from a physician is required. Test
results will be sent to the ordering physician in a timely manner,
usually within 24-48 hours. Special requests from physicians for
calling or faxing the results will also be honored.
The same outpatient registration services offered by the hospital are available for the
new outpatient testing site. Please contact Jefferson Regional Medical Center's outpatient

Monday - Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Staff
Members of the technical staff are registered by the American Society
for Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) as Medical Technologists (MT) and
Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT). Phlebotomists must complete
training through an accredited phlebotomy or medical assistant
program.
